If you want to change an order, please reply to your confirmation email if you used the Store 2 Door Order Form. You may also email any modifications to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name and delivery date. We will accept any order changes prior to the day of delivery.
We will accept last minute orders, but in some instances, we will need a little time to deliver. Grocery Orders submitted less than 24 hours prior to arrival are subject to a $25 late fee. Please keep in mind that Liquor Stores in Utah open at 11AM and close at 7PM Monday through Saturday and are closed on Sundays and holidays.
Canceling an order can be accomplished by contacting us and stating your name and request for cancellation. Orders can only be cancelled prior to the day of delivery. Please contact us if your flight becomes cancelled due to weather.
Please use the OTHER box to add any item that is not on the grocery order form.
We attempt to get every item on your list. At times, some items may be unavailable. In this case, we will try to substitute with an equivalent product.
We will be happy to delivery additional items. You may complete the website grocery order form or email your list.
Please contact us immediately if you feel you are missing an item from your order. We will locate the item and get it over to you as soon as possible.
We treat all customer complaints seriously. It is our desire that you be 100% satisfied with the quality and freshness of the goods as well as our service. If you feel that something does not live up to your standards, please contact us immediately so that we can work with you to make things right.
We have a large selection of these products. Please specify any special requests.
Utah liquor stores are closed on Sundays and Holidays. If we receive your order in a timely manner, we will be able to purchase around liquor store closings.
We work with your accommodation’s property management to access your lodging and neatly stock your kitchen before your arrival.
Our service is available 7 days a week throughout the year. We generally complete our deliveries between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM (MST). Of course we must work with the property managers to gain entry and to be sure that housekeeping has your accommodations ready prior to us stocking the kitchen. If for some reason we cannot gain entry to your unit, we will contact you to set up a delivery time.
We accept payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover). We do not accept cash or personal checks. Your card will be charged after delivery.
